Adex Personnel is looking for a full-time Accounting Clerk for one of its partners, an architecture and interior design firm known for its dynamic and diverse projects, located in Brossard.
The Accounting Clerk will collaborate with the Accounting Director as well as the administrative department and project managers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and ensure the completeness of client billing within contractual deadlines
- Participate in various analyses by ensuring proper tracking of project operation costs
- Manage client account collections
- Administer the project management system regarding contracts, dates, and budgets
- Respond to all billing-related inquiries
- Manage supplier accounts
- Ensure follow-up between various departments
- Provide daily support to the accounting department
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position
- DEC, AEC, DEP in accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of an ERP software and accounting software (an asset)
- Ability to manage time and priorities while being involved in multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team, sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy
- Functional English (occasional communication in English with some clients)
- Knowledge of billing for public contracts and construction (an asset)
- Knowledge of the complete accounting cycle (a strong asset)
