Adex Personnel is looking for a Senior IT SAP Solution Architect to join one of its partners, leader in digital strategy and transformation.

In this position, you will work on a client project in  Information technology sector over a period of six (6) months with the possibility of renewal.

40 hours per week,  Hybrid (On-site 2 days per week)

 

Responsibilities : 

  • Analyze and translate business, information and technical requirements into a technical architectural blueprint that outline solutions to achieve business objectives, and this in alignment with the enterprise architecture.
  • Coordination Solution Architecture-related activities with IT partners and other Solution Architects
  • Work with enterprise architecture, application and infrastructure teams to produce an optimal, high level, conceptual design (in or around the ERP).
  • Proposer changes in process, policy and standards as they relate to the architecture and design principles.
  • Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business.
  • Maintain knowledge in emerging technologies and solutions to solve business problems.
  • Works with local IT to identify changes/impacts on legal application landscape.
  • Ensure requirements are fulfilled by the solution architecture or propose process alignments.
  • Works with IT Team to build integration to legacy IT Solutions.
  • Work with System Integrator, other Solution Architects, IT Team & Data Team to define data-related issues and mapping.
  • Support the development of testing scenarios and scripts
  • Support IT SAP Business Analyst and key users
  • Ensure Requirements are fulfilled by the solution architecture or propose process alignments.
  • Guardian of the solution architecture and the design.
  • Act as the spokesperson to advocate for the IT Team with new capabilities or functionality within systems.
  • Gather and communicate all architecture and design that support the delivery of business value, fulfills goals and objectives, and meet stakeholders need.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and works with the development teams or external suppliers to transfer them into technology solutions.

Requirements: 

  • University degree in Computer Sciences.
  • 4+ years of proven experience designing and improving solution architecture for complex manufacturing organizations (Preference in Process Manufacturing).
  • At least 3 full life cycle ERP Deployments of which at least 1 with global template approach.
  • ERP Experience : Architecture, design, configuring and implementing SAP S/4
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word and others illustrative software to present concepts and ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to vulgarize, present and influence at all levels of the organization, tailoring succinct and focused messages to different audiences. Strong written and verbal communication and meeting facilitation & presentation skills.
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems and elaborate technical solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the SAP Functionnal modules in the domain.
  • Familiar with Enterprise Architecture Methodologies : Frameworks , and tools (SOA, TOGAF, BPM, UML, etc.).
  • Familiarity with and demonstrated understanding of enterprise’s business and technical architecture cross functional integration across processes.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience working in manufacturing, Distribution and Sales.
  • Experience in working in a cross-functionnal and multi-vendor environment is preferred.
  • SDLC, Agile, Lean and Scrum methodologies are considered an asset.
  • Excellent French and English verbal and written communication skills (Contacts with English speaking resources and supplier.
  • Familiar with the ADKAR model form Prosci for Change Management considered and asset.
  • SAP Certifications considered a strong asset.
