Adex Personnel is seeking a Technical Architect on behalf of one of our partners, a recognized leader in technological transformation. In this role, you will be involved in a Client project within the education sector for a four (4)-month mandate with an option for renewal in the city of Quebec. The work will be conducted in a hybrid mode (remote and on-site).

Responsibilities:

- Draft a business opportunity and business case for an enhancement project aimed at integrating a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution into Microsoft Teams using Direct Routing.

- Adhere to provided guidelines and templates during drafting.

- Present essential information to enable informed decision-making regarding the enhancement project.

- Document elements justifying the project's implementation.

- Present options to be further examined during the planning phase to address expressed needs and concerns.

- Analyze and determine preferred options to address expressed needs and concerns.

- Present upcoming project steps within the planning phase.

- Present, in a comprehensive and realistic manner, all aspects and issues associated with implementing the business solution, including major changes, impacts, risks, costs, and benefits.

Requirements:

- Demonstrate five (5) years of experience as a technical architect on multiple projects.

- Design and model at least one complex technological infrastructure architecture.

- Possess knowledge in deploying unified communication systems and various communication equipment.
