Adex Personnel is seeking an Analyst SAP FI-CI on behalf of one of our partners, a recognized leader in technological transformation.
In this role, you will be involved in a client project within the Manufacturing sector, for a six (6)-month mandate in the city of Quebec, Dorval, or Sainte-Claire.
The work will be conducted remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret operational requirements and existing client processes (As-is).
- Evaluate impacts, propose, and design innovative solutions (To Be) by developing functional analysis documents and technical specifications for developers, architects, and other IT stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain required documentation, including use case scenarios, unit and integrated tests, client validations, administration documents, and training guides.
- Ensure smooth communication among local and international IT teams, internal and external stakeholders, as well as suppliers and project teams.
- Participate in the evaluation and upgrading of software and IT solutions.
- Configure software according to defined functional specifications.
- Provide level 2 and 3 support as needed, respecting agreed-upon deadlines with clients and ensuring availability during and after business hours.
- Take necessary actions to restore systems, software, and solutions in case of malfunction.
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and information used by the IT department through tools such as Snow and DevOps.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of training activities for colleagues and key users in the specialization field.
- Support the delivery manager and application solutions (DPO) by preparing and updating necessary information for internal team meetings and follow-up and prioritization committees with various departments.
- Complete required documentation for assigned tasks.
- Provide training to employees on activities related to the job upon request from immediate superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a senior SAP FICO analyst.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Mastery of core SAP FI modules, including AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and AA (Asset Accounting).
- Expertise in CO modules, including production cost calculation, cost elements, and budgetary control.
- In-depth knowledge of integrations between FI and SD, MM, and PP modules.
- Experience in banking operations and treasury applications.
- Familiarity with optical character recognition (OCR) systems for data capture and processing.
- Effective communication skills in both French and English for interactions with English-speaking clients and suppliers.
Assets:
- Knowledge of taxation products such as Vertex or SAP Tax module.
- Understanding of Procure to Pay (PtP).
- Basic knowledge of SD, PP, and MM.
- Basic debugging skills.
