Your Mission:
- Modernize and manage cross-technological and data capabilities supporting data valuation needs for the entire organization.
- Implement modernization and evolution initiatives for technological capabilities and cross-data assets following the organization's data strategy.
- Determine strategic governance and evolution directions for current platforms and develop a plan to transition our current capabilities to modern ones.
- Coordinate the definition of business and technical needs related to data valuation capabilities and participate in the development and approval of technological targets.
Responsibilities:
- Advocate for business needs related to data for internal clients.
- Manage relationships with project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the implementation of the project's agile structure.
- Provide leadership and influence within teams and projects.
- Participate in the development of strategic orientations and business positions.
- Formulate recommendations for projects requiring a deep understanding of the business domain.
- Manage projects of high complexity.
- Provide recommendations impacting major business directions.
Your Daily Tasks:
- Lead the definition and prioritization of team calendar items for large-scale strategic priority projects.
- Advise and support clients and partners in the planning, development, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects.
- Clearly detailed product feature specifications for development and technology support teams.
- Collaborate closely with technology, architecture, and business teams to align the data asset roadmap.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of policies, standards, models, and programs supporting strategic projects.
- Analyze issues, establish diagnosis, and formulate recommendations for business solutions and market development strategies.
- Represent the unit in committees composed of senior management and other instances.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience.
- Experience in implementing analytical models in production, especially for artificial intelligence models.
Specific Knowledge:
- Extensive experience in delivering cloud platforms and experiences in technological transformation for large projects.
- Mastery of foundational technologies such as cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and other specialized tools.
- Mastery of analytical environment concepts (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Architecture).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies in a delivery transformation context.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
