Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer support by offering information, assistance, and support.
- Manage reported incidents through various channels such as phone, email, self-service, or in-person.
- Handle requests/incidents by performing intake, assessment, diagnosis, documentation, and ensuring quality.
- Carry out assigned tasks related to IT infrastructure management.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of interventions with users.
- Conduct periodic checks of activity logs (network connectivity, system errors, etc.).
Requirements:
- Hold a Vocational Studies Diploma (DEP), Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC), or a College Diploma (DEC) in the field of IT.
- Have at least 2 months of experience in IT infrastructure management and customer support.
