In this position as Quality Coordinator, your role is Primarily responsible for the implementation, maintenance and coordination of the quality system, ensures that AS9100, AS13100 & NADCAP requirements are met, as well as industry regulatory and legal requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensures the preparation and oversees the conduct of all external audits.
  • Works with the area specialist and process owners to ensure excellent audit results.
  • Champions the internal audit process.
  • Leads the corrective / preventive action program including the verification of effectiveness.
  • Responsible for control and retention of all Quality Records including but not limited to the following: Operation sheets, audits, quality reports and graphs and other QA data and documentation.
  • Ensures the validity of all training requirements related to the QMS and maintains the associated records.
  • Assists in handling customer issues including customer visits.
  • Corrective Action Board (CAB) meeting administrator.
  • Review and implement quality system changes.
  • Back up and support to other key quality personnel as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.

  • Respects the Environment, Health & Safety programs of the company.

Requirements :

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Ability to read and interpret industry standards (Aerospace).
  • Knowledge of regulatory & industry standards (AS9100, AS13100 & NADCAP).
  • In-depth familiarity with quality assurance systems, practices, and documentation, experience in manufacturing operation, experience in Internal Auditing.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision, Human relation skills, above average keyboarding skills, Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills in French and in English.
  • Must establish good relations with the management team.

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s or college diploma in engineering/science field or equivalent work experience.
