Adex Personnel is looking for a Project and Infrastructure Manager on behalf of one of its partners, a recognized leader in technological transformation.
In this position, you will be working on a client project within the Pharmaceutical sector over a period of Four (4) months with possibility of renewal
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate activities with various suppliers (Equipment Deployment and Ordering, Circuit Activation, Order Review).
- Manage multiple project plans with internal and external resources, involving the creation and management of tasks and production of required reports.
- Collect and document decisions related to infrastructure (orders and designs).
- Carry out projects related to the deployment of equipment and applications.
- Participate in switch deployment and network review.
- Follow up orders with suppliers, including delivery dates, in order to plan the work to be carried out.
- Define project plans, deliverables and deadlines, and follow up on the various external firms carrying out distinct tasks in the execution of projects.
- Produce project progress reports in English.
- Assign resources to tasks.
Requirements :
- College diploma in computer science.
- A minimum of ten (10) years' experience in the IT field.
- A minimum of ten (10) years' experience as an infrastructure project manager.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of infrastructure
- Demonstrate a firm but diplomatic approach.
- Demonstrate excellent IT knowledge.
- Demonstrate excellent ethics and discretion in dealing with sensitive information.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English (International context ,Frequent contact with English-speaking customers, suppliers and colleagues).
