Project and Infrastructure Manager

Adex Personnel is looking for a Project and Infrastructure Manager on behalf of one of its partners, a recognized leader in technological transformation.

In this position, you will be working on a client project within the Pharmaceutical sector over a period of Four (4) months with possibility of renewal 

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate activities with various suppliers (Equipment Deployment and Ordering, Circuit Activation, Order Review).
• Manage multiple project plans with internal and external resources, involving the creation and management of tasks and production of required reports.
• Collect and document decisions related to infrastructure (orders and designs).
• Carry out projects related to the deployment of equipment and applications.
• Participate in switch deployment and network review.
• Follow up orders with suppliers, including delivery dates, in order to plan the work to be carried out.
• Define project plans, deliverables and deadlines, and follow up on the various external firms carrying out distinct tasks in the execution of projects.
• Produce project progress reports in English.
• Assign resources to tasks. 

Requirements :

• College diploma in computer science.
• A minimum of ten (10) years' experience in the IT field.
• A minimum of ten (10) years' experience as an infrastructure project manager.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of infrastructure
• Demonstrate a firm but diplomatic approach.
• Demonstrate excellent IT knowledge.
• Demonstrate excellent ethics and discretion in dealing with sensitive information.
• Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English (International context ,Frequent contact with English-speaking customers, suppliers and colleagues).
