Supervisor of Electromechanic

Adex Personnel is looking for a Supervisor of Electromechanic, to join one of its partners, an SME specialized in the sale, installation and after-sales service of bodywork and mechanical equipment. Thanks to his fast, dependable, and professional service, his clients trust him for all their projects.
Responsabilities :
As an ingenious team leader, you will confidently manage and coordinate our installation and repair projects.
Project coordination:
- Co-ordinate work projects & ensure the adequate roll-out of the projects from start to finish.
- Assist with on-site visits for existing or future site projects (for the installation of mechanic’s equipment or bodyshop equipment);
- Read, interpret, & analyze plans for bodyshops & mechanics’ shops;
- Prepare sales quotations for existing or new project installations;
- Negotiate with suppliers for parts/equipment as required for existing or new project installations;
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding existing or new work projects;
- Deal with 3rd party or outsourced companies (ex. Architects, government depts. for any required licenses or permits);
- Communicate with local and overseas suppliers for orders, as

- Perform all logistic tasks or procurement to ensure efficiency in the service
- Optimize inventory.
- Maintain existing and new certifications
Team Management:
- Schedule electro-mechanics for repair and installation service calls based on priorities;
- Follow up with the electromechanics to ensure that deadlines are met;
- Travel to job sites to ensure the progression of the projects.
Customer Service :
- Courteously respond to customer service requests and calls via phone or email;
- Detect problems remotely and propose products and services adapted to customer requests;
- Prepare purchase orders for service and follow up on merchandise shipments to customer
Requirement:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a team leader;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset);
- Computer skills (MS Office);
- Knowledge of Acomba and Autocad software (an asset);
- Valid driver's license obligatory;
- Ability to manage several files at once and to respect deadlines.
