Architect or Technologist, Site Supervisor

 Adex Personnel is looking for an Architect or technologist, site supervisor (M/F), to join one of its partners, a company specializing in architecture and interior design based in Brossard.

The site supervisor will be supported in his/her work by senior staff.

Responsabilities :

Site monitoring for institutional clients:

• Support for projects in the construction phase;
• Verification of shop drawings;
• Organization, maintenance and drafting of meeting minutes;
• Preparation of change orders (drawing by others as required);
• Verification of change requests and payment requests;
• Drafting of deficiency lists and follow-up;
• Drafting of the various certificates of completion of work;
• Feedback with project leaders.

Requirement

• Hold a college diploma in architectural technology or a Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of architectural experience in Canada.
• Have a strong understanding of the construction industry.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Revit, Autocad, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Fluent in French and have a good command of English.
