Adex Personnel is looking for an IT Analyst (M/F) for one of its partners, a recognized leader in technological transformation. 

In this position, you will be working on a client project within the education sector that is spread over a period of six (6) months, in the city of Saint-Jérôme.

The Computer Science Analyte coordinates, manages projects and supervises the analysis, implementation, evolution, and operational support of projects concerning information resources and affecting several sectors of the employer. The latter acts as an expert in his or her field of specialization, particularly in information systems management, infrastructure architecture, artificial intelligence, business processes as well as quality and compliance or information security. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user needs to optimize or adapt the various components of the employer's technological infrastructure.
  • Provide advice, and recommendations of a technical, technological, or methodological nature to the various users as well as to the management of the service.
  • Understand business issues, identify stakeholder needs and propose strategies and technical solutions considering the diversity of files within the framework of projects.
  • Advise partners by proposing alternatives and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each.
  • Coordinate the operations of project teams during major interventions on the employer's technological infrastructures in addition to providing appropriate supervision to technicians and users.
  • Recommends appropriate solutions for assigned projects by specifying methodologies, technologies, standards, stages of implementation, human and financial resources, and schedule.
  • Define the means to ensure the management of the security of information resources.
  • Collaborates in the analysis and revision of the employer's technological orientations and makes the necessary recommendations.
  • Develop and draft deliverables that will be under his/her responsibility in accordance with the work plan (Benchmarking, technological architecture of solutions, necessary infrastructure specifications, technical specifications when tendering for the acquisition of equipment and services).
  • Produce documentation of the employer's technological infrastructure and prepare analysis documents and architectural diagrams.
  • Liaise with suppliers.
  • Ensure a technological watch by attending conferences, presentations, seminars, symposia or formal or informal courses.
  • Participate in project teams, committees, meetings, conferences, workshops, and special events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field of specialization appropriate to the job
  • Minimum of five (5) years of expertise in similar functions
  • Certification of specialization issued by a competent authority and recognized in the field of information resources.
  • Relevant experience in the field of information technology, including experience in security.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Defender for Cloud, MS Endpoint, Defender for Identity, MS Cloud App Security, MS 365 Compliance
  • Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, Windows Server, Windows 10, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365 (Advanced Administration)
  • Fluency in oral and written French
