IT Analyst Project Manager (M/F)

Adex Personnel is looking for an IT Analyst Project Manager (M/F) on behalf of one of its partners, a recognized leader in technological transformation. 

In this position, you will be working on a client project within the health sector over a period of six (6) months, with the possibility of extension in the city of Montreal. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform analysis and validation of the integration of new solutions based on existing systems.
  • Apply the steps of a project or mandate management process (Start-up, Planning, Implementation and Close-out).
  • Ensure compliance with objectives, established deadlines and approved budgets as well as the quality of deliverables.
  • Ensure a good understanding of the project by all members of the internal and external delivery teams.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of the delivery teams.
  • Document and manage decision points and change requests.
  • Manage communications with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all equipment, infrastructure, software, and licenses are available for the realization of the project.
  • Produce opinions and recommendations on the project.
  • Structure the project from start to finish.
  • Ensure the alignment of the project with the digital strategy of the employer's general management.
  • Perform reporting (at the iteration or project level).
  • Regularly lead workshops with the various stakeholders of the project.
  • Play a role of facilitator with the production teams.
  • Treat and solve problems that arise in the realization of the project.
  • Perform all other related activities assigned by his/her manager.
  • Write Opportunity Requests (SO), Business Cases (AD) or Simplified Business Cases (DAS) to obtain project acceptance from the required instances.
  • Write tenders when required. 

Requirements: 

  • Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or an Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) or a university degree in a relevant discipline.
