Adex Personnel is looking for a Business Analysis (M/F) on behalf of one of its partners, a recognized leader in technological transformation. 

In this position, you will be working on a client project within the health sector that is spread over a period of six (6) months, with an option to renew a position in remote work. 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and collect the needs of different client departments.
• Analyze business needs by identifying relevant requirements and business rules.
• Acquire a specific knowledge of the business field as well as a greater understanding of the needs and a mastery of the issues of the directions.
• Plan, organize and facilitate meetings (with the client and project teams) and subsequently produce needs analysis reports in major projects.
• Advise clients on IT solutions to improve their work process.
• Ensure that the business solution meets the customer's requirements.
• Document needs analyses and possible solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements for development teams.
• Identify opportunities for pilot projects with management to foster innovation. 

Requirements:

• Cumulate a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as a business analyst.
• Hold a CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification from IIBA.
• Master a process modeling tool.
• Master the French language in writing and speaking.
